January 14, 2024 - Sunday Bus Trip to Loon

SEA & SKI TOUR BUS GUIDELINES:
• All participants MUST electronically sign a General Release Form regardless of age. Visit bobseaski.com, click the “ski trips” tab and scroll down to access the waiver link.
• All trips are booked online at bobseaski.com. click the “ski trips” tab and choose your trip! Payment with a Bob’s Sea & Ski Gift Card MUST be made IN-STORE.
• Ski and snowboard equipment is available to rent from Bob’s Sea & Ski. Rental reservation MUST be made prior to the day of departure.
• Every trip departs at 6:00-AM SHARP from the Bob’s Sea & Ski parking lot. If you miss the bus, there are NO REFUNDS... no exceptions!
• Open seating on all bus tours. The seat you ride in to the mountain is the seat you ride home in.
• Our tours are family-friendly in nature. We DO NOT ALLOW drinking, smoking, vaping, recreational drug use, foul language or loud/obnoxious behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transportation if you break the rules. Please adhere to the rules. Any infractions will prohibit you from future trips.
• Snacks are permitted on the bus. Please remember, these are DAY TRIPS. Large coolers, excessive blankets, pillows, etc. are not necessary.
• Sea & Ski Tour Guides check-in with First-Aid on a regular basis throughout the day. In the event of an injury, the medical judgement is left to the discretion of the emergency personnel. If deemed necessary to be transported to a local medical facility, it is the responsibility of that individual or parent/guardian of that individual to arrange for transportation home. Sea & Ski Tour Guide will make all efforts possible to contact the family/parent/guardian indicated on the General Release Form.
• All buses leave the mountain at 3:45-PM SHARP and return to the Sea & Ski parking lot at approximately 6:30-7:15-PM. If you miss the bus, you are responsible for your own transportation back home!
• Upon return, please remember to take all of your things with you! Sea & Ski staff will collect all rental gear. Sea & Ski and our bus company are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
• Sea & Ski reserves the right to cancel any trip within 24 hours.  Refunds or reschedules are permitted in this instance.
