At Bob's Sea & Ski, we understand that you may have a few questions regarding the security of your information and our policies with regard to shipping and returns. This page contains answers to some of our more frequently asked questions (FAQ's).

Security
While shopping online at Bob's Sea & Ski, rest assured that your credit card cannot be read by a third party while in transit. Your information will remain private and protected. We use 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security available online today. Our server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts or codes all the data you enter so you can relax and feel completely secure with your order. Our site is also registered with VeriSign, the sign of trust on the net.

If you are still not comfortable ordering on-line, we accept orders by phone, fax and mail in addition to on-line service. Which ever method you prefer, your order will be processed in a safe and expedient manner.
Shipping
All shipments in the continental United States are delivered by UPS Ground Service. Your order is generally shipped to you the next business day after we receive it. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. UPS Ground Service delivers within 2-7 days, depending on location. If you need your order sooner 2nd day and overnight service are available. To track your order, go to the UPS web site and enter your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Return Policy
All products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of reciept. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Please enclose a copy of the receipt. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong product or if the item was defective. All returns must be pre-paid, no COD's will be accepted.
